Credit card transactions with Preferred Transfers are protected by secure encryption.
Some resorts, states, and exchange companies (RCI) will request a Social Security Number in order to process the transfer. In this event, we will notify you personally. This personal data only goes to the resort or state which requires it. This information is not stored.
If you prefer to pay by check, Preferred Transfers is happy to accommodate your needs. You may mail us a check payable to “Preferred Transfers” 855 Trosper Rd. Suite 108-322, Tumwater, WA 98512. You are welcome to contact us by phone to speak with a closing agent about the security of your payment.
In certain circumstances, Preferred Transfers may be required by law to disclose certain personal information to a third party. These events may include (but are not limited to) the following: court order (including Bankruptcy Courts), a request for this information from a law enforcement agency, or if we believe we need this information in order to pursue legal action in the case of an individual or organization interfering (either knowingly or unwittingly) with the day-to-day business practices of Preferred Transfers.
